Some key dates for your diaries and for dissemination amongst your members…

Over the coming weeks, we will be running some free online training sessions run by our National Coaches and some of our National Elite Squad athletes. The sessions run by our National Coaches will be for National and Elite Squad athletes. The sessions run by our National Elite Squad athletes will be available to all EKF members.

The first of the free online sessions will be run by the current Commonwealth, British and English champion Kate Kawacinski on 17th May at 11:00am.

To register for the athlete-led sessions you will need to e-mail [email protected] with your license number in order to receive the access details.

Further details of these courses will follow in due course but stay tuned for full details of a catalogue of activity.
